Colleen Wallace is a Certified Advanced Practice Nurse with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners with a specialty focus on adult primary care. Colleen began her healthcare career working in the emergency department for 10 years as a staff nurse, charge nurse and most recently as a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager for Orlando Health Blue Cedar Free Standing Emergency Room. For the past two years, Colleen has been in primary care at two different locations, one in Clermont and one in Ocala. Colleen has a passion for hospice and worked for both Cornerstone in admissions and Compassionate Care Hospice as a Clinical Liaison and Director of Nursing while continuing to work in the emergency department.
Colleen has been married to her husband Ken since 2003 has been a resident of Umatilla, FL since 2004 & four of her six sons graduated from Umatilla High School. Hobbies include spending time with family, playing with her animals that include dogs, a cat, chickens, ducks, pigs & a goat, the beach, RVing, boating & riding her Harley. I love Lake County, Florida and excited to serve the residents here where I call home.

Ken Wallace, Office Manager, brings many years of operations management experience having run a successful distribution company since 2003 & shares his wife’s vision of providing excellent healthcare in our community.
Dana Cowles, MD will work in collaboration with Wallace Health to provide guidance & consultation. Dr. Cowles has many years experience in emergency medicine.
